Way back in Feb. '25, we rang the alarm bell about a lawsuit unfolding in #Colorado. Essentially, the CO Supreme Court ruled that communities ๐๐ค๐ช๐ก๐ ๐ฉ๐ง๐ฎ ๐ฉ๐ค ๐ฅ๐ช๐ง๐จ๐ช๐ ๐ก๐๐ฌ๐จ๐ช๐๐ฉ๐จ against Big Oil for damages. They didnโt like that ruling and asked SCOTUS to review it.
