Weirdness is often the thing that makes the poem feel most real and alive. Maybe that’s a paradox
The unwashed it.

So, this happened on Monday. And while I focus more on audio, there are another 200+ views on YouTube to add to this. I just wanna thank you so much for listening and taking some of your valuable time to hang out and listen to this poetry podcast. I’m told this is a good start!

A clip from the next episode with poet Philip F. Clark
😳😬
Yes, you may hear the occasional poetic opinion of one of these two orange kitties if you tune into the podcast. They have things to say.
God, I’m getting such a kick out of doing this. Need a new poetry podcast in your life? Check out @inthreepoems.bsky.social
Yeah, it was making me question my grip on reality there for a minute lol
😳
This conversation was so much fun
Ah, hits me right in the feels
You sounded great! Not “grate” 😆 And thank you—it was a lot of fun!
“I Fail in Many Tenses” is one of the poems you can hear on the podcast this Thursday as David chats and reads poetry with @djvorreyer.bsky.social

Okay, so it was my husband, but still! It's a start of something new. If you are able to spare four bucks to support the @inthreepoems.bsky.social podccast, I'll be recording some bonus content soon!

This fun little thread illustrates how easy it is to find your next poetry podcast in your favorite podcast app (and elsewhere). We can’t wait to talk poems with you!
In this first season of the podcast, I’ve had the honor of talking with poets I’ve known for sometime as well as poets who I’m just meeting for the first time. Tomorrow, I read poems and talk poetry with one of my dearest friends on the planet. @joelshowalter.bsky.social
Whoa, @mayor.nyc.gov, what is your explanation for this! We had such high hopes, but are quickly disappointed. Please explain yourself. Better yet, please keep your promise to NYC libraries and the citizens who rely on them.
Tan colored square with red and brown text on top that reads “We need the NYC council to stabilize and properly fund NYC public libraries in the city budget” and then in smaller text below there is text that reads “send your council person a letter today!” With arrows pointing to a website located at “bit.ly/nyccouncil2026”
City Council will negotiate and approve this budget, and NYC PLAN is working to convince each and every member that our public libraries deserve more.
Join us in calling our council members to demand 0.5% funding for libraries & hold the mayor accountable to his word:

Normalize laughing derisively in men's faces when they deserve it.
Lol there's a blue check thread going around accusing Heated Rivalry of "romanticizing" Russia. Did that person actually watch the show? The main reason Ilya has to stay in the closet is because he risks imprisonment or death in Russia. The moment he gets the opportunity to leave, he takes it.
So if you can believe it, these guys are arguing over who inspired the logo colors. New episode next week.
My dear, dear friend of over thirty years, poet @joelshowalter.bsky.social, from an upcoming episode of the In Three Poems podcast.
