Duel arena method is a joke. Genuinely, just join up, wait 3 seconds to see if the other person exits, and if they don’t then you exit. Points every match and 90% aren’t there to actually try. The matchmaking is a little goofy but it’s dead easy to get imbues

Not sure how long NMZ takes, but you might consider duel arena for imbue scroll

Quests are your friend. Loads of early levels skipped. Then just focus on regular tree and fruit tree runs for wherever you can get around to reasonably quickly.

Nah, they operate outside of Jagex entirely afaik. Jagex has shut some down over the years via lawsuits but there’s loads of fun to be had imo

You should be more than good for SotF. Skip the tick eat and bring high healing food. Recommend pre-pot, then un-note food. 🫡
