The union doesn't decide what goes in the contract. It makes sure workers have a say and creates less power imbalance between employers/employees.
That isn't the case at all. That is just the anti-union rhetoric being spread. The union only became involved because the ladies needed help negotiating because the ranch was ignoring them and forcing them to sign away IP & power of attorney. The union helps negotiate contracts.
I loved it there!
I would say that firing half a dozen courtesans for legally protected workplace activities sure counts as silencing dissenting voices, eh?
