Hey donating blood is cool. It’s people that donate blood that are the reason I’m still around. I had countless bags of blood throughout my cancer treatment. I don’t care if you get paid to donate or not. If you have ever or will ever give blood thank you from the bottom of my heart. #giveblood
(2/2) These people have a brand to maintain and selling you the idea that these bodies are attainable via their methods is disingenuous. They use steroids, dedicated at home chefs, and their jobs are to BE “fit”. Some of these physiques aren’t even healthy. Be aware and love yourself.
(1/2) Be aware, most of the insane fitness influencers and celebrities with incredible physiques are not the “rule”. They are the exception. These physiques are unrealistic and no matter what you are told, it wasn’t creatine, “dedication” and “eating clean”.

Anyone who tells you masking doesn’t work, my partner and I have been wearing KF94s/N95s since COVID began and throughout my cancer treatment. I had literally NO immune system. None. My wife works in an ER around sick and contagious folk. In all that time neither of us got sick. Let that sink in.
