So damn cool!!!!!!!
So damn cool!!!!!!!
This is my absolute favorite of your books, @neilhimself.neilgaiman.com. Just have to sit down and reread it from time to time.
I love mine!!
WIP - growing a bit more interesting, though the overall direction this work is taking continues to hover at the edges of my mind - just out of reach of a unifying idea.
I like the tension in the composition provided by the contrast in density and zones of color versus no color.
Limeade, anyone?
1/ Minting for BILLOWS by Aleksandra JovaniΔ is now open π
We love the way it toes the line between representational and abstract. The eponymous Billows are clouds. Yet those clouds are also shapes that we can see other designs or shapes within
What do you see in your clouds?

Haven't figured out the trick to eliminating the ugly outputs, but still tinkering.
Still playing with this algorithm. Getting some really great results, and some really NOT great results. Hoping I can find the trick to eliminating the ugly ones. The beautifully patterned mixed media works of Delita Martin are my inspiration.
A semi-abstract rendering of a mansion, following loosely Escher's method of construction based on the Penrose triangle.

If I was chasing riches I would be minting exclusively on #ETH and even then it would be a long shot. What I'm chasing is happiness and stability for me and my family.
I have started referring to myself as an archemist - as in alchemist, but art and chemistry. Seems appropriate for a genArt experimental photographer.
Stupid autocorrect- Delita Martin.
WIP. Inspired by the patterns of Delta Martin's work.

I just scored (at a murderous price) a 50 sheet box of Chicago Albumen Works POP. Stoked!!!! New chemigrams coming soon.
I didnβt either, and I had previously spent some time looking intentionally for female Abstract Impressionists. I am so glad I did learn about her.
What a lovely thought!
Her astonishing and beautiful work preceded and influenced Pollack.
Reading today about Janet Sobel. One of the forgotten women of art history. https://www.bbc.com/culture/article/20220307-janet-sobel-the-woman-written-out-of-history

I think it about time for me to re-read Ursula Le Guin.
