You'd think so, wouldn't you - but Andrew has been arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office i.e. something over which the UK Director of Public Prosecutions has jurisdiction. This is tangential to the debacle in the USA.
Andrew was arrested for messing with the country's money, not child rape. Proving that there is a bigger chance of financial fraud bringing people down than the trafficking horrors. Same as it ever was.
