I thought those were the kinds of things you meant.
Can you share a specific example?
Come on out and help out!
We still need some volunteers signed up that evening. Or just swing by when you're at the fair on your own that day.
I think it was spring of 2022 when you came to my room and we helped the students build this. Time flies! I am glad the idea could be resurrected.
We in MN are full of sorrow today.

Happy for you! You worked hard on this book as you do all your other endeavors.
Book cover for How Did You Count? There is a sideways diamond of shiny plastic spheres carefully arranged on a wood floor. The left "half" of the diamond is a triangle with base five, made of light blue spheres. The larger, right "half" is a triangle with base six, made of red spheres.

Where do we stand these days on the topic of lexile measures and ranges with regard to SoR?
The main image in the upper left corner shows a radial design created with 21st Century Pattern Blocks. The design starts with six octagons arranged around a central star composed of 6 rhombuses, forming the first layer. This is followed by a second layer of 12 additional octagons. In the bottom-left corner, the first image shows a single octagon, the building block of the design. This octagon is constructed using 2 teal kites, 6 pink triangles, and 2 green triangles. The images along the bottom and right show the progression of the design.
New pattern block play for February! Creating designs with octagons! #21CenturyPB #iTeachMath
These would make lovely coasters!
This IS a good tip. Will need to try it out!
While President Trump illegally pauses federal funding from Congress, the Senate must not be business as usual.
We do not consent to this lawless power grab.
Mine cuts out things, helps me set up and put away my classroom every year and comes on field trips. We are blessed. β€οΈ
Today's spot of joy:
Husband helped me grade & prep materials during my first year of teaching. Everyone said it wouldn't last.
12 years later he still helps. He's grading tests for me right now. β€οΈ
In the final year of 45βs first crack at the presidency, I checked F0x News headlines daily, to see what folks were being fed.
I tried it again today.

"Some educators are sounding the alarm that fears of immigration enforcement could keep kids out of school in large numbers β and will take a psychological toll on the kids who do show up."

My new book, Primary Reading Simplified, is released this Monday.
Briefly, I'd like to explain why it exists, who I think will find it useful and where you can find it.
