Yeah I already saw the change at the early stage. So many of my colleagues can't do anything by themselves anymore and quality has decreased in different departments. The others are quitting because their job has become reviewing what AI did instead of creating. It sucks 😔

They push genAI usage to all their employees without thinking it's kind of disheartening. It does not seem smart for sure
