Great day at Amazon today....we'll be posting some more pics and a wrap-up video today or tomorrow. Great speakers, great energy, great signs. But one of the most moving things was the stories the folks who were flying told.

They were mostly aiming at employees....

Oh I completely agree. But their relentless race is to achieve exactly that. AI experts estimate anywhere between 2026 and 2060. So in that light it certainly seems like something we should be prepared for! (And we're not.)

Unprecedented pivot point: 1. Never before have we build a tool that is more intelligent than we are. 2. Never before have we exceeded 6 of 9 physical limits of our planet. What is our plan for either of these? The techbroligarchy is recklessly putting everything we love at risk.

Mostly agree, but what does government need to actually make change? Because we sure haven’t seen them be powerful enough to do it on their own. I believe they need a mandate from the people. And that takes organized strategic people power. Thoughts?
