Did you know that the forest is a habitat for countless animal and plant species? Around 4,300 plant and fungus species and more than 6,700 animal species live in our Central European forests. Around 200K plants and millions of animal species live in the tropical rainforests!🌳🌲
The search for peace and strength finds its fulfilment in the forest. Nevertheless, it is astonishing that while we are relaxing, billions of microorganisms, bacteria, worms and insects are doing their work and providing the basis for our survival in this tranquility.💚🌳🌲🍀💚
As well as planting trees, we should stop chopping them down. Last year the world lost 3.7 million hectares of tropical primary forest, which is about 10 football fields of forest per minute. Much of it goes into fashion and It's not sustainable. Nanollose is developing novel Tree-Free alternatives.
