As expected, the Sinners script is exceptional. Probably my favorite writing from Mr. Coogler. It's lean, funny, dialogue-rich, atmospheric, and just an easy read.

She really is an icon! There's nobody like Regina King. She spans all of pop culture, whether people realize it or not. A whole legend.

She is always at the top of my list of actors and directors I want to work with, and I woke up to that reminder. Let's remember to give these kings and queens their flowers while they're here.

I woke up thinking about Regina King. I got to meet her in my early days here in LA, when her production company's offices were on the Disney Lot, down the hall from me. She's truly one of the greatest of all time. Her resume is iconic. Her talent is undeniable, and on top of it all, she's genuine.
