It looks like Bromley had quite a strong case of not paying the players to play football. But disregarded!
Season 1899//1900: Bromley FC almost died. Club accused of 'professionalism', which was upheld. Suspended for six weeks. Resigned from London League. In financial difficulty. Committee pleading for help from the Bromley public.

The web interface on TheFans app thefansapp.com is being developed to replicate the functionality that is on the mobile app version. Although the app hasn’t got the reach that other more established footy apps have it probably has the best functionality.
