I’m ok, and keeping faith in impermanence.

However, I’m not feeling great but can’t figure out if it’s #mental or physical.

Had an awkward moment with a female barista a couple of weeks ago. We just stood giggling for a while.

Mum gave me her jewellery box over the weekend. Been looking through, trying bits on and generally just feeling close to her.
She’s very poorly about 100 miles away so this is helping.

I did have a caramel latte (quick and nasty powder version). From my ‘dog mum’ mug, next to the silly photo of hubby and dog on a pilgrimage to Patterdale… as dog is a Patterdale Terrier.
We’re so sad 🤣

Oh yeah! I had a warm pad yesterday resting on my desk and a bath has helped a lot with the pain.
Definitely need some more rest. Luckily I work from home so have turned my alarm off so I can rest in a bit— until the dog gets me up lol.

Day 2 of sore breast. It’s still sore but less red and swelling has gone down substantially. Antibiotics doing their thang.
I forgot to shout out to my doctors yesterday— within an hour of me sending online consult in I was in a f2f appointment. Marvellous!

Last night I rolled over in bed and had a shooting pain through my breast. And found a very hard lump.

I’ve been to dr and she assures me it’s a cyst. So I had random points of wandering around holding boob up. Or resting them on my desk.
All to help with pain.

Husband is playing PlayStation, I was having a quiet scroll …
Suddenly he says ‘you know what I fancy?’
I sigh and ask what… he says ‘cheese on toast!’
Nooooooo. Seed was placed, within minutes I was in kitchen making it 🫣🤭

New black ink outline of a dragon tattoo on a wrist. Already has a very old tattoo and can just see the that start of a more recent one, three dots and a line. The dragon tattoo has a long tail, huge wings and a crescent moon above her head.

From 278 photos down to 144. Long way to go yet but am happy with them.

Plus got new ink! I’m thinking she’s Nayimathun from #prioryoftheorangetree — once she’s coloured in? Or she too cute? 🤭

Had a fabulous day in London today. Easily got my photo essay … I think.

Saw so much history and art and learnt some new stuff.

I’m tired, sore feet and shoulder, but happy.
