Went to see 11:30a Captain America and between arriving at tram stop and using restroom thought movie was at 12:30p - so I’m lost in editing an image, hearing loud booms feet away in Theater 1 thinking ‘why is that movie still going?’ Missed 10 mins- didn’t matter - disliked movie.

I believe I learned about David through Valerie Jardin and dove into his podcast during pandemic. It hit at right moment and one, “Dig” released something inside - I wept. I saved “Over Time” - though honesty right now I don’t remember why, but I am going to listen to these again.

I am enamored by current US Tour Elphaba Lauren Samuels daily pre-show routine - quite the work ethic.
I waited for right moment to make first Bluesky post and the performance given at Saturday’s matinee radiated joy which transferred to me and every soul inside the beautiful Pantages Theater. I was struck by Austen Danielle Bohmer as Glinda and Lauren Samuels as Elphaba. Here are a few images.
