Bet ya didn't know that the Coneheads had an animated special back in the early 80's! It seems to have most of the story beats of the 90's Coneheads live action movie. More impressive, it's done by Rankin-Bass! I snagged this mint copy, and I'll work on getting it encoded soon. #Coneheads #VHS

Example: I personally enjoy beating Ninja Gaiden on a Playchoice-10 way more than beating it on a NES. Feels different, and rare.
I'm not leaving console or PC players in the cold. It's just a different environment. I've seen lots of amazing players on all sides. I prefer the wild, out in the open style of arcades, when it comes to challenges or hi-scores.
Depending on the game, I think I'm more impressed at folks who are great at arcades than consoles or PC. Especially if those skills came from actual arcades. With the limited time and buy-in to play...those restraints puts on the pressure to git gud quick.

Got a few more machines from #NewWaveToys. I'm starting to run out of room on my desk. I'll test these out later today to see how they play. I'm still disappointed with Food Fight, where the fire buttons are incredibly laggy, making it unplayable after the first few levels.
Got myself a new 65" LG C3. My first OLED TV! I'm finally happy with the picture quality. Although, I'm starting to wonder if I should have went with the 77" model, but for my living room size, the 65" is perfectly fine. Time to test out the RetroTink 4k on it.
