So frustrating to watch people within the disability community ignore the fact that being disabled doesn’t mean that they can’t still be anti-black or ableist. I hope you are able to take some time today for yourself and know how many people will have your back.
Happy Christmas to everyone especially all the #chronicillness feed and people with #longcovid #ME/CFS. Not being able to travel or see family is really hard this time of year, just a quick reminder that you’re not alone and today is just another day. Give yourselves a hug, be kind to yourselves
