MSPs reject plan to allow voters to remove them The legislation was voted down by the SNP and the Greens, while the Scottish Conservatives abstained.

This has got a bit lost in the current news overwhelm but it really is astonishing that SNP and Greens have voted against this plan to bring Holyrood into line with Westminster and give constituents the chance to sack misbehaving MSPs
