Just like that. Five days missed in the gym. Too much work, not enough sleep. Back today with light legs and heavy arms combo to just shake the rust off. Feel like garbage, don't want to do it. Just tried to get something done.

After no update for a long time we had Push, Legs, Arms, Pull, Push, Rest, Rest, Legs, and tonight will be a super late Arm Day. Keeping the streak going, just need a little pre-work out to get it done tonight. I tried to post me jumping rope but it was too gratuitous.
Yesterday was rest, today is pull. Pullups are stalling as I'm gaining weight. Trying to increase grip strength & not use straps unless absolutely necessary. Gonna get some jump rope in as well. #WitcherTraining #DnDfit
After a 14 hour stream on Saturday, it's taken 4 days to recover. Today I benched 200lbs for the first time in my life. I'd love to hit 225 by the end of the year. I need to keep putting on weight. #WitcherTraining #HedgeKnightTraining #DnDFit

Push day. Bench is still going up slowly. First goal is 185, 5x5. Still a bit away from there. Ultimate goal is ORM over 200lbs as I've never gotten that high. I'm VERY far from that. This week is going to be very difficult for gym time. I'll do my best. #WitcherTraining #DnDFit

Last set of my 5x5 ez-curls. 97.5 lbs because the bar is weirdly 17.5 lbs. So breaking 100lbs is going to be very easy. I'm moving a bit too much, but overall, it's not bad.

Friday arms, Saturday rest, Sunday pull day. Still jumping rope. I'm keeping up a good streak, but motivation is at an all-time low. Sometimes it's easy to think, "Why bother lifting & training? Why am I wasting my time?" I just have to be disciplined and keep going. #WitcherTraining #DnDFit
Today was an unreal productive day. Huge. Also, set up the new booth. Against all odds, and exhaustion, I'm hitting the gym for shoulders, then getting cleaned up for dinner and game demo night!
Made it to Kentucky & started the cycle a day early with chest day. Let's see what my record looks like by Friday this week. GAMA is on!
