Please, do NOT normalize aggressiveness in your lives.
And focusing on the professional side, especially if you're in a "leadership" position, you HAVE TO speak up: do not downplay it, and do not gaslight people. Face it actively and with courage. Take care of yourself and other people!! 🙏
