It costs almost nothing to hire somebody on Internet to do it. There are plenty of poor detached from reality people ready to do whatever for a bit of money. Some telegram channels are taskrabbit for terrorists. Sometimes they become unwilling suicide bombers. This will eventually spread worldwide.

Maybe those books were not designed to be read, just like photo books with images across the gutter were not designed to be looked at.
