There’s a lot I can’t abide (federal govt overreach, wannabe dictators, laws targeting marginalized folk, etc.) & add the pushing of performative bills like banning undocumented folk from SNAP & Medicaid.

I’m not all that into figure skating, but after I got home from the Cap, I flipped on the TV and caught Alysa’s free skate…LIVE! It was so carefree and enjoyable…couldn’t tell it was for such high stakes! Add to this her incredible comeback story, made me proud to be an American! 🇺🇸

Hate saying a kid is “behind.” Behind who? Peers with different traumas or parental support? Early childhood experts say stop rushing childhood! Let kids play, move (recess & PE), and get academic & mental health support. Nurture the whole child and those test scores will follow…promise!!
