If you look at next the next major from this week, in Feature Management the new pricing features were moved to BC31

If i‘m on the lookup page and selct „Advanced view“ it works without freezing
Depends on the actual permissions you have asked for. The D365 BC Admin role is not sufficient to file support requests
The Copilot features within BC are free, like Chat, Marketing Texts etc. For the Sales Order and Purchase Agent you will have to pay for the messages but you don‘t need a Copilot license for that

Only way is to say no to apps that are not open to look into the code.
