Good...but seriously not sure this wasn't part of the reason for this action, if not before then certainly pretty soon in. After all he'd alrwady floated dropping sanctions and got rebounded due to no good reason to drop them... this gave just that reason.

What annoys me is the idea that they are cash grabs anyway...they can onky grab your cash if you were breaking the law...so its kore a case of them being a cash giveaway by speeding idiots IMHO.
People often criticize traffic enforcement cameras as "cash grabs" but there's a robust body of evidence showing that these cameras change behavior and reduce speeding, thereby preventing fines.
When drivers inch forward or rev their engines to get a pedestrian to go quicker they are saying, "You don't belong here." They are using their cars to intimidate others. A pedestrian has just as much right to the roadway as a driver does.
The sensitive nature sites is not at all acceptable!
