Needless to say I decided to stop interviewing webcomic artists quickly.
Another webcomic creator was rude AF, treated me like absolute trash when I asked questions of them like let us know what your comic is about and she freaked like I had read her comic (I was a big fan, and that was the reason I asked if she wanted to be interviewed)
One dude nearly screamed at me about global warming and like he went above and beyond (of course climate change is real) but he acted like I didn’t believe in it (I DO, I still have the recordings) but he decided he was going to yell at me anyway for two hours.
I’m moving to the mountains and I don’t care which mountains
I heard the phrase “some people don’t know how to act” and like, yeah. It’s true.
I had a podcast but it was about literature and webcomics and later design but that was in the early aughts and I quit early cuz some people I interviewed just wanted to yell about stuff
It has not been a good experience

Aging is not a failure. You’re literally outliving hundreds of previous generations who died by infections from a cut on the hand and sabertooth tigers.
