Those travels were Fall 97. Missed Phish but made it to NYE run. I love that era but the experience was worth it.

I’m a child of my era and did the semester abroad thing coupled with a 6 week summer Eurorail pass. Hostelled everywhere, the whole deal. I got accustomed to naturally processed, street deal hash, mostly bricked, crumbly shit from Morocco that pales at the quality of what I can order online now.

Temple ball hash is fucking delicious. Other than “Nothing illegal, Officer,” access to it is my favorite thing about FL’s med dispensaries. Snake a jibber or salad bowl a dry herb vape. It’s not strong enough for you bizerko scientist-stoners, but it fits me like a glove. And flavor is so complex.
