honorable mentions would be Civ V (one of my most played games), Garry's mod, PEAK (genuinely some of my favourite mechanics in games), Animal Crossing: Wild World (or maybe New Leaf), and The Pheonix Wright original Trilogy.
Other hard pick was cruelty squad but I feel like its made enough of an impact and I like playing it enough to include it at a lower spot. It definitely comes to mind more readily when I'm thinking about games I like because it has such a strong identity
Ranking adastra in this was hard because its undoubtedly important to me but its hard to rate it because of it being a visual novel with less going on mechanically than the other entries. But ultimately I think its story is truely what puts it above some of the other entries

Finally, my big project from last year and my best and most emotional work to date, WATERDRONE. In it i lean into darker production, pulling in genres like IDM, glitch, and even breakcore with atmospheric and ambient influences. It has been called "cinematic" and is something really important to me
