The goal of this clinic is to facilitate real-time coordination of multidisciplinary care for kids with complex pelvic, urologic, and anorectal malformations, such as bladder exstrophy and cloacal malformations.

Inspiring to see a group of nurses and NPs all passionate about critical care nephrology 🫘

We are fortunate to work with such a collaborative multidisciplinary team to provide safe dialysis for vulnerable kids receiving extracorporeal life support 🛟

Our faculty and fellows had such a great time learning the ins and outs, ups and downs, Pre- and post- pumps, connections and flows, and even delta-Ps this week at our ECMO-CRRT workshop!

Loving our Lurie Neph representation at #PAS2025! Learning all about cardiorenal syndrome, updates in nephrotic syndrome, novel approaches for diabetic kidney disease, and so much more 🤩

We are excited to see where this research will take our fellows next! ✨

Our fellows are studying outcomes in C3GN, variation in glomerular disease across the lifespan, the utility of repeat biopsy in SLE nephritis, predictors of fluid overload in NEC, and the impact of non English language preference on transplant outcomes.

The goal of this project is to improve and standardize follow-up care for pediatric patients with AKI in order to detect CKD earlier and prevent renal disease progression through utilization of the risk prediction tool and insights from pediatric patients, families, & providers.
