You are correct! Orianna is a fusion character between a riolu and oshawott OC of mine
They utilize a custom fusion gimmick I made for my guild! The reasoning behind her abilities is you take Riolu’s aura based abilities+ Oshawott’s water typing and you get water bending esque abilties! :D
