wear some compression gloves as you work or to sleep, also wrist brace at night can help!

I downloaded toggl track a while back but have only begun using it after its newest update. U can make it so it automatically starts tracking after u open up a specified program. It's been really helpful to see a number of hours I've been working 🤔
