There’s definitely a loneliness epidemic among men, and I count myself among the affected. It creeps up on you.

Had a great chat today with Mary Deacon, Chair of Bell Let’s Talk, for the book I’m writing. That campaign has been huge on the stigma/awareness piece, and sports teams and athletes have really embraced it over the years.

It's so hot in Toronto that an older man crossing the street beside me just said, with a level of sarcasm even I found impressive, "If I die of heat stroke halfway across the road will you drag my corpse to the other side? My family will wanna identify me" and we are now best, albeit sweaty, friends

Does it also have a proudly Canadian sticker?
