The White Eagle has been an important part of my family for generations. Many of my relatives are buried in St. Aldalbert's and this was a place to remember and celebrate their lives.

A gravel road leads to a collection of meteorological research instruments mounted on several small buildings and observation decks. Several radar, and lidar systems are visible.
From my most recent trip to SGP. OK will always hold a special place in my heart. Some of the first meteorological instruments I ever worked with were at the Marvin Klemme Range Research station near Clinton. When I visit SGP I am reminded of where I started & the path I took to get where I am now.
Ken was wonderful to work with and he is dearly missed by the ARM family. www.murphyfuneraldirectors.com/obituaries/k...
Proud of this one. The entire team worked so hard to get this site up and running. I'm so glad I get to work with the operations team there every day. Come visit us and bring your best science to the forest!

A plot showing reflectivity profile over time which shows the wintery conditions.
Ooooh! Aaaaah!
A graph showing the weather conditions from 00:00Z to 11:00Z showing a shift from clear weather and above freezing temperatures to freezing temperatures and snowy conditions.
Things are getting interesting at our site in Alabama! My guess is this won't be a very common sight in the #BNF data, but time will tell. Anyone there remember that ice storm last winter?
Where is this hosted?
Not far from where my great grandmother was from. It's a small world.
Yeah, Army was staying at my hotel Friday night. They had a very large reception...
Fighting the urge to ask all the poster holders at DCA about their research.... #AGU24
There should be AGU dogs...
I'm assuming all the incentives to switch my flight to DC to another time is due to the mass of researchers headed there today.
Boo!! Thankfully I see the IEM bots have made it here.
Great to meet Aria Pons from @waff.com today out the the new ARM site in the Bankhead National Forest. Looking forward to the next five years of data coming from BNF! www.waff.com/2024/12/06/b...
