Every year, the region of Maros, South Sulawesi gets hit hard by seasonal floods, sometimes very brutal. Earlier this Feb was record-breaking (I was there), and records show it's been like this for many decades. Loss of power, comms, mobility, homes, even lives. We worry it'll only get even worse.
