Aunt Arctic is a pudgy woman with a frizzy afro, big-hooped earrings, and an above-knee skirt. Ms. Lloyd is a mean-looking lady in a fedora and tie. She's wearing sharp cat-eye glasses, a vest, dress pants, and loafers. She has a frizzy afro like Aunt Arctic's, but it's sticking upwards like a pompadour.
