Indeed! But only if it is crispy on the outside, have to miss me with the soggy steam table stuff.

Yes, because we have done it before, BUT!! That presupposes all 4 of us qualify for state Medicaid programs at that income level (the difference in expenses between that and even very good commercial insurance is quite large for those unexpected medical issues)

Ah yes, killing 3 hours on a deep dive of the personal history of a beef I have no actual connection to, but casual interest in. That sounds nice.
Why do all cafeteria hamburgers taste like *that*? It's not even bad, it's just - what is it about cafeteria/food service burgers that taste the same from 6th grade to when I'm 43? It's remarkable consistency!
A mosaic altar frontal depiction of Agnus Dei. A haloed lamb carting a banner with a cross. Surrounded by a rainbow that reads in Latin, βBehold the lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world.β The Greek letters Alpha and Omega flank the lamb on scrolls. Light radiates from the lamb. Christians Have No King But Christ! βAfter this I looked, and there was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, robed in white, with palm branches in their hands. They cried out in a loud voice, saying, βSalvation belongs to our God who is seated on the throne and to the Lamb!β β For this reason they are before the throne of God and worship him day and night within his temple, and the one who is seated on the throne will shelter them. They will hunger no more and thirst no more; the sun will not strike them, nor any scorching heat, for the Lamb at the center of the throne will be their shepherd, and he will guide them to springs of the water of life, and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.β The Revelation of Saint John the Divine (7:9-10,15-17 NRSV)

I'm with you there! I use it *all the time* !
Fun story, when I went to college I tested out of comp 1 & 2, and the tests used bluebooks. In junior year I had a paper that required the typed formatting to be correct, and I had such a hard time with it!
Even now in seminary, like 1/3 of my stress on any given assignment is the formatting.
Two pages of handwritten notes in a journal, some more legible than others, including Bible verse references. Titles at the top of the pages read "the marriage of heaven and earth part 1: the wedding" and "the marriage of heaven and earth part 2: the feast"
Fun with Revelation for the next couple weeks! #preaching #sermonprep
Who is Kara Swisher, and will I regret asking?
We had a bit of a scare near us in southern IL, hope you all are ok down there!
It's good stuff, honestly .
Of course, as the body of Christ and God's people on earth, we should follow up this knowledge of the character of God with action, action against cultures of death and injustice.
That's what God's love means, to me anyway.
It means, to me, that God sent Jesus in the flesh on a mission to overcome and abolish death itself. So, if you are angry at death, God is angry along with you.
God sent the prophets, and Jesus, to decry the abuse of the poor by the rich and powerful. So, if you're angry at injustice, God is too.
In my (limited) experience, a good enthusiastic delivery often elevates material that I think is "fine", or just not my best work.
Yeah, I realize the Supreme Court is an unsteady ally, but in this case the religious discrimination is obvious and on the face of the issue. There's no way the town wins at the top court.
I'm not even Catholic, and I find this deeply sacrilegious. Almost blasphemous, even.
I just do not understand these people. AOC has been in Congress for 6 years! She represents her district well, and with enthusiasm. She isn't young and new anymore! She's 35! She's also not going anywhere. They need to get with her or get out her way, seriously.
I have become increasingly concerned that this does not end in any way that avoids Americans shooting at each other.
Yeah, he comes across as very energetic. It's a good look for a candidate age-wise.

Man, I just saw a press conference of Pritzker, and he is going to run for sure. He is saying all the right stuff, and I like the way he runs my state, but like....the man wants to be president so bad I can feel it through my screen. Hard to trust that, but he might be our best hope.
Yes, this is the correct take, Undiscovered Country has always been peak for me when it comes to the first era of movies.
"Cold War but Space" is always good Trek, and both TNG and DS9 were also at their best when they ran with it.
Wow. That is....astoundingly bad.
Yeah, I am seeing this a lot in Microsoft office, it seems to really struggle with formal/academic writing conventions and nuanced sentences.
Yeah, all the line deliveries from K2 are just golden.
"Cassian said I had to"
"It's high... it's very high"
"I find that answer vague and unconvincing"

This is absolutely one of his best, I agree
I mean, there's construction, and high quality mechanics are also hard to find, and can make good money.
Well, I was skeptical that there was a cut deep enough to be completely outside my knowledge, but that one does the job, lol. I'll have to give it a listen!
