I went for a run the other day and hurt/irritated my Achilles tendon. Taking longer to heal than I'd like. I wanted to get in better cardio before I started lifting again, but I'm getting tired of waiting.

Probably just gonna start lifting anyway. I'll just skip doing calf related stuff.

Yeah I don't think it's good to force people to talk about anything they don't want to. Some of us live in reality most of the day, but escape to fantasy and need that separation to stay sane. That and people from my age group (here anyway) didn't really talk politics growing up at all.

Everything is always us vs them and I mean on everything anymore even outside of politics. Like say "I like tea" "Why do you hate coffee so much" "I like coffee too" "Stop fence sitting"

I enjoyed the first season. I went into the show blind. So the twist at the end of episode 1 was a whoa this is a different show than I was expecting moment.
