The Phil Spencer era of Xbox was definitely a mixed bag and trended down towards the end.
His salvaging of the XB1 era was great: -Kinect, +Back Compat, +Game Pass.
But the Series era has been full of woe: Game Pass Value ⬇️, Loss of exclusivity.
