Here you go, a piece outside of my comfort zone! I've been putting off drawing couples for so long because I've always figured I wouldn't be able to do it, but the joke's on me because I could 💀 Still need a lot of practice, but for now, this is good enough 😌

My 2023 art summary! The first half is me being all over the place and experimenting a lot before I finally cracked whatever code I was looking for in the second half of the year 😂
After getting feedback from helpful artists, I decided to edit my Winter Queen piece, and I am much happier with the result now that my colors look cleaner and nicer! ❄️

Behold, the Winter Queen ❄️ She's not very friendly, but she loves her birds!
I asked you guys what you think I need to improve on, and a few said they'd like to see other expressions than smiles/shy smiles, so... I raise you... a stern/displeased/slightly angry expression! 🥳
Instagram be like "hey, I know I always show you your favorite artists' stories at the top for convenience, but, uh, yeah, let me start hiding them among the hundred other stories instead so you'll have to look for them."

I was so close to being done with my most recent wip and then I was like "I don't like this pose anymore so let me spend 4 hours today fixing it up and do basically everything over again" and I have a lot of work left on it now 🥲
