I'm beginning today with a huge bummer. All the writing I did yesterday (~1500 words) has mysteriously disappeared. I made a backup before the Mac OS update, but then I wrote more, and then there was a Word update, so I'm blaming Microsoft.

The chart helps me a lot, but I still often teeter between "be kind to myself" and "stop making excuses"
