I think most headset tracking already has this built in (thats where I got inspired) but if you mean like a tongue toggle with an animation you have infinite possibilities
In VNyan you want the second blendshape to activate with the same value as the first one and then set the curve kinda like this. If your blendshapes are to intense you might have to smooth the tracking blendshape with a blendshape smooth node (ty Suvi for helping me with that 🙏)
You need to make 2 blendshapes, one where the tongue goes outside and slightly up, then another one that goes down
