I personally don't see much reason to celebrate the death of a dictator, as there'll be someone else to take his place. Also US/Israël are clearly not interested in ending dictatorship. But it's understandable that those who suffered from a regime's repression will be happy to see its figurehead go.
It really should be possible to acknowledge that Khamenei was a vile dictator whose death will be celebrated by his victims *and* recognize that killing him was an imperialist act of aggression/violation of international law that will have severe consequences for potentially millions of people.
