Yes but also feel the same way with The Storm. I’m no audiophile but I had the singles on vinyl and the album on cd and I remember the vinyl sounded much better.

I saw them in May ‘86 in London with Mighty Lemon Drops and Freight Train. Then 3 nights in a row with James at the ICA in October that year. Always brilliant live.

Feb 1987. It was a great night. Had never heard of HOL before but it was clear immediately that they had the songs. And Terry Bickers.
For some reason always saw them on good bills. Felt and Miaow and then Loop in 1987, plus East Village and that Creation All Dayer in 1988.
