Well done. Currently on antibiotics for the second time this year with a no booze stipulation. Like a glass or two most nights but reassured how easy Iβve found abstinence both times.

Something heartbreaking about Joy Divisionβs warts and all live version on Still. Probably the best song they wrote (in my opinion).
Yeah, I love the outsiderβs eye on the dynamics of The Go-Betweens.
I immediately thought of 99% of Sunday night drama on the BBC when I read this.
Yeah, seem to remember now the mixes were different from the 7β versions Iβd bought in the β80s.
I bought this to mop up some of the non album singles and B sides but not sure how comprehensive it is

Nine songs from the one I went to at Hebden. Sounds great quality too. Psyched.

Got this for my 23rd birthday in 1989. Buffalo Stance still sounds magnificent.
Yes. Terry Bickers is the best guitarist Iβve seen live.
Donβt disturb him. He should be busy finishing his magnum opus.
Canβt go back. 21 years worth went in 1995. Got more for the singles than albums.
It is. I only know the EP. Were there others or radio sessions?
Sadly the vinyl all went in 1995
Yes but also feel the same way with The Storm. Iβm no audiophile but I had the singles on vinyl and the album on cd and I remember the vinyl sounded much better.
Wish World of Twist had released more

Are we familiar with this lost classic? Bought it 40 years ago and it never gets mentioned. Know David Lance Callahan is a fan too.

When will the fat lad come home?
First EP I think
Adventure of Dog!!!
Yeah, best wishes for both of you.
Iβm dressed exclusively by Next because there is a store a five minute walk away from my front door. I have become a tad βnot arsedβ in middle age.
I saw them in May β86 in London with Mighty Lemon Drops and Freight Train. Then 3 nights in a row with James at the ICA in October that year. Always brilliant live.
I think itβs their finest moment
Irk is a good word to describe my feelings. Didnβt hate it but didnβt get the love it was getting either. I watched it to the end so must have been curious to some degree.
Ey up
Feb 1987. It was a great night. Had never heard of HOL before but it was clear immediately that they had the songs. And Terry Bickers.
For some reason always saw them on good bills. Felt and Miaow and then Loop in 1987, plus East Village and that Creation All Dayer in 1988.
And did he oblige?
