We’ve launched a joint #ChargeSafe campaign with London Fire Brigade to raise awareness about the dangers of e-bike and e-scooter charging. We are finding and destroying unsafe batteries, and the Council has halved the number of e-bike battery related fires in the borough by 50%.
Our thoughts and prayers remain with the family and friends of Mizanur Rahman, who tragically lost his life in the Maddocks House fire and all those affected by this devastating incident.
We successfully prosecuted criminal landlords who endangered lives for profit.
