Basically my ideal wrestling TTRPG would be a long exercise in trying not to show up on Botchamania, which also could be worked in there (all your bad rolls show up that week)
It makes the most sense for pro wrestling, instead of rolling to see whoever does damage, you both talk about a spot or sequence, then break it down into rolls. Longer or more technical moves are more likely to fail and ruin the entire thing. Breaking out of pins is easy; doing it at 2.99s is hard
Honestly it feels no different from freeform RP where both sides decide ahead of time who's going to "win" a specific fight, and going from there. Mechanically it would be less PvP and more collaborative, convincing the audience of the closeness of the match/pinfalls, striving not to break kayfabe
