From #STLCards PR: Jordan Walker was removed in the third inning of the Cardinals split-squad game against the Nationals with left knee pain. He will undergo further evaluation.
I am not in Jupiter this week, but it appears Walker tweaked his knee tracking a fly ball in the bottom of the second.

There have been no talks of an extension, Helsley (a free agent after this year) said, though he understands how the looming changes in leadership factor into these decisions.
Still, "I would love to stay here. ... “I would definitely be open to (an extension), but it has to be both ways."
Ryan Helsley, the longest-tenured Cardinal, is entering his 10th year in the organization. He didn't think he'd be here; he thought surely he'd be traded over the offseason.

When asked if he was still optimistic he could trade Arenado, Mozeliak said: “It’s hard to say. We thought all along that we could probably do something this offseason, but it just hasn’t happened.”
