Anybody out there spent time in Edinburgh? Looks like I’ll be there 2-3 days this fall (before heading to Rome & Naples) and looking for recos (would like to stay right in Edinburgh because of limited time). Food, coffee, beer, cocktails & tourist must-sees all welcome!

This is my annual reminder to breweries that you have people coming from out town in a week and they want to visit your establishment so make your holiday hours clear NOW as people make plans! Looking at you VT breweries, I want you to take my money FFS. 😂

I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again - if your mentality is that kids take care of their parents when they get old, go to a hospice center or elderly care home. Those people are ALONE. Those places are FILLED. Not only is this a gross expectation, it’s unrealistic.

Our girl is home and I’m so elated.

Little miss Daisy is out of surgery, recovering, and 2.5 POUNDS lighter. She lost 25% of her overall weight when they took this thing out 🤯♥️

Kitty girl goes in for surgery tomorrow to finally take care of a massive cyst that’s developed over the last 4 months. They drained 1.3 pounds of fluid out of it today 🥺. Send good wishes for our little Daisy ♥️

It’s a covid thanksgiving this year in our house unfortunately - managed to get a last minute turkey breast & everything to go with it so we can still have a meal at home 🥰
