I'm so sorry for the late reply. I totally agree with you. I missed the early Internet too. It had its faults & the current Internet has done some good stuff. But compared to the rise of apps, ragebait content, doomscrolling & as you said keeping us from enjoying life, I'd take back.

I did a re-drew of an artwork I made back in 2023 about how negativity social media was affecting me. 3 years later & my feelings are far worse. Social media to me is a double edge sword, but it feels like the negative is outweighing the positive. I don't think I like social media anymore.
It's called "falling in love" because you hit the ground.

The ribbon is blending with the pants and isn't attached to the bikini slip at all. A legit artist does not make simple mistakes like these, even beginners don't.
Looks to be that they trace over AI and present is as their own work. This is extremely disappointing..

I wanted to try the Frieren drawing challenge since it felt like a great way to practice perspective. I struggle with perspective a lot. This angle is really hard & took me a long time to figure out. I don't blame the original artist for struggling with this. It's not easy at all to draw.

5/5: They were even hyped for moment the filmmakers were aiming to be hype, which surprised me given that, yea these movies are old. It was so nice to experience those movies again, but on the big screen for the first time & with a crowd of fans.
4/5: But when everyone were laughing at some of the moments during the marathon, you can tell they knew the limitations of the movies back then, that yea some parts are really silly. But it was out of love for this 70+ year old series.
3/5: Outside of Shin & Minus One(which I love) people just shit on the other movies & you for liking them. So I just don't watch them with people unless They like this stuff cause even if the movies are bad(some are), the criticize would actually be genuine and not just making fun of you.
2/5: I tend to never want to watch the older movies with other people because well yea, the Godzilla movies are old & dated. So people tend to make fun of them & you for liking them. The laughter at moment don't come from sense of joy and more like people making fun of you and the movies.
1/5: Yesterday, I went to a Godzilla movie marathon that show some of the older Godzilla movies. It was the first time I watched the older movies with a full audience. It was an awesome time watching the movies in a crowd of fans.
Happy Godzilla day!! In honor of today(and the announcement title for the Godzilla -1.0 sequel), I redrew one of my favorite Godzilla designs, Godzilla 2000!
