I just got to see the art for my next game and it is gorgeous. I’m so excited!!!!

I told folks in my game design workshop to also think about Magic. Games are simulations that have to break the laws of science and society, and Magic widens up the design space even more. So it’s always worth considering.

Yeah, if Obsession, had magic, I’d be all over it.

I played a cool card game prototype yesterday by @mmmmmmmercury.bsky.social and @johnbrieger.bsky.social with a Victorian romance theme, and I was thinking afterwards, “What this thing needs is magic.”
