The differences in time and velocity are much less important than that in movement. For example, I calculated that for a 10 mph headwind, 85 mph slider slows down to 75.1 instead of 77.2 without wind (or 473ms vs 466 in flight time) but the break can be 2-4 inch more depending on spin rate and tilt.

In Waves and Vibrations book by French, the spring's mass modifies the frequency: ω = √(k/(m + M/3)) instead of √(k/m). I measure this live in class with 0.5 vs 1.5 kg masses. Classical ratio predicts √3, but that’s not what we get. When I ask why, everyone blames air resistance… lol.

In my experience, you cannot trust AI for even slightly complex calculations. You must be able to double check every steps, there are always errors. You still save a lot of time if you can do that, but if you follow blindly, you are looking for trouble...
