What were you trying to solve with OpenClaw?
I saw a lot of people are managing agency with this tool. I can understand how it can be possible and how costs AI models
If you will not give up it will start growing. Keep going
I spotted OpenClaw few days before. Are you able to share the experience?
β¬84 MRR.
Added Stripe webhooks to see movement in the slack. :D
Still feels slow but it's moving. What's your MRR this month?

GM builders.
Back from weekend coding.
First caffeine hit of the day and begin my 9-5 job tasks.
What are you building this Monday?

Honest Sunday check-in:
This week felt slow.
No big wins. Just grinding.
But I showed up every day.
Sometimes that's the whole job.
How was your week?
#saas #buildinpublic #startup #qrcode #webdev #developer
Sunday habit:
Coffee. No laptop. Family time and just thinking.
What's actually working with OpenQR.
What's wasting my time.
What one thing would move the needle most.
30 minutes of honest reflection beats 3 hours of busy work.

GM builders. How is your Sunday?
This week I was focused on:
β OpenQR few fixes
β 1 SEO blog posts
β Reply to 15-20 builders daily
Small targets. Consistent action.
What was your #1 goal this week?

Most users create URL and PDF QR codes. They are interested in knowing whether their campaigns are working and whether users are scanning the QR codes. This can be checked through analytics, which are available when using dynamic QR codes.
I usually check GA, Stripe :D, OpenQR dashboard and server logs. No other metrics at this moment on my project. Perhaps it would be nice to setup conversion metrics to track what users like and where they drop....
Your event flyers are DEAD the moment details change. Think about the hundreds you'll trash...
What if ONE QR code meant your flyer ALWAYS had the right info, instantly? No re-prints. Ever.
How much money (and sanity) would that save?

GM!
My morning ritual: a 15-minute diagnostic scan before touching fresh code.

9-5 ends at 6pm.
Kids in bed by 9pm.
That's my build window. 3 hours.
You'd be surprised what ships in 3 hours of focused work.
Your product label has 3 lines of text.
Your customer has 10 questions.
One QR code on the package. Scan β full product page, ingredients, how-to video, reviews.
No reprint when info changes. Just update the link.
That's the difference between a label and an experience.

Excuses? None.
Monday is just another build day.
What's everyone working on this week? π

Thanks. Yea, already started working on new feature. This will allow to generate custom pages for different qr code type. Similar like linktree has.

"QR codes are ugly."
They don't have to be.
Add your logo. Change colors. Match your brand.
The black and white square is optional. Most people just don't know that.

Good morning.
Coffee. Code. One small improvement today.
44 followers now.
Slow compounds. What are you building?
#saas #buildinpublic #startup
It looks like you are right. Need to find the right way how it can be simplified. :)
Outch... Get better soon.
How many users you have? Do you contact them separately?
40% of people who sign up for a SaaS never use it.
Same with OpenQR. Users register, then disappear.
The product isn't the problem. The first 5 minutes are.
Working on fixing that now.

Week 8 of 2026.
Morning routine done. OpenQR dashboard open.
β¬84 MRR β β¬600 MRR goal.
What's your focus this week?
#saas #buildinpublic #startup
Nice thing happened today during lunch time.
Talked to a cafe owner.
They reprints menus 2x per year. Costs add up.
Dynamic QR code: prices change, menu updates, code stays the same.
Obvious solution. Still not common.
OpenQR SEO update:
OpenQR reached 250 clicks from Google this month.
Strategy: write about QR code problems, not features.
People search for problems. Google sends them to me.
Slow. But free and compounding.
#saas #buildinpublic #startup #seo
The problem isn't QR codes.
It's that most people use static ones.
Link breaks = code is useless.
Dynamic QR codes fix this. That's why I built OpenQR.
Thursday morning.
Reports checked. Push-ups done. Let's go.
β¬84 MRR. Goal: β¬600 by December.
Small steps daily. What are you shipping today?
